Basic Operating GuidelinesA group of Nepal’s development partners , including DFID, met in London on Friday, 11 March 2005 to discuss development issues in the light of the changed political context in Nepal since 1 February 2005. Meeting decided to respect Basic Operating Guidelines as guidance to development activities in Nepal.
